A full day sightseeing in Kathmandu includes the Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath and Swayambhunath Stupa and the visit to Kathmandu durbar square. The UNESCO heritage sites in Kathmandu valley and the cultural attractions of the city are splendid. Though the hustle and bustle of the capital is there, the experience of the artifacts and historical sites you get here has some amazing touch to the experience you get.

Pokhara boasts a wide range of adventures that are beautifully adorned on the lap of the Himalayan atmosphere. A short stroll and sightseeing around Fewa Lake, Caves and temples in the city allow you to explore the city’s vibrant natural and cultural attractions. Paragliding, Zip Flyer, Ultralight Aircraft, Bungee, Swing, Sky Cycling, Parahwaking etc. are some of the major activities that put a wonderful touch to the experience in Pokhara. DAY 1

Kathmandu Arrival.

Your Arrival Time: (?) Our representative will meet and greet you at Kathmandu airport and transfer you to your hotel.

At. 06:00 PM: A short briefing about your tour program by us at the hotel. If you are arriving late (after 4 PM) then we will have a briefing next morning at 09:00 AM. If there is any due payment, then it will be collected during the briefing time.

DAY 2

Kathmandu Sightseeing. (Full Day)

At. 09:00 AM: After your breakfast, you will visit for a full day sightseeing of Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath stupa, Swayambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Once your sightseeing completes we will drop you back to the hotel, you can explore the nearby market by walking. 

Optional Activity: Everest Mountain Flight at 06:00 AM from Kathmandu airport to Kathmandu Airport. (INR 10,500 Per Person)

Pashupatinath temple is the largest and holiest shrine for Hindus. This temple, situated on the bank of the Bagmati River was built in the 5th century. There are around 492 temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) to explore. No entrance fee is charged for SAARC nationals to enter the temple. Although only Hindus are allowed to enter the temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river.

Boudhanath is one of the largest dome structures stupas in South Asia. It is the central hub of Buddhism in Nepal which is surrounded by hundreds of monasteries. Lichchavi rulers renovated the staple during the 8th century, and it sits in the shape of a Mandala.

Swayambhunath is one of the most glorious, holiest and oldest Stupa in the world. It is located on a small hillock in west Kathmandu hence commanding an excellent view of the valley. The stupa was built in 460 A.D. by King Manadeva, is also known by the name "Monkey Temple".

Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the three Durbar Squares of Kathmandu Valley. The Malla king Pratap Malla erected the statue of Hanuman (the Hindu god of power) in this place and it was named Hanuman Dhoka.  Taleju Temple, Tribhuvan Museum, the house of Kumari (Living Goddess), Kasthamandap, the temple of Kal Bhairav along a few other temples are some places to explore.

DAY 3

Fly to Pokhara, Pokhara Sightseeing

At. 09:00 AM: Have your breakfast and proceed to Kathmandu airport to fly to Pokhara. We will pick you up from Pokhara airport and transfer you to your hotel.

At. 11:00 AM: You will go for half-day sightseeing of World Peace Pagoda, Gupteshwor Cave and Devi’s Falls. There will be some free evenings for you to explore the Lakeside area on your own. 

Optionally, you can also participate in the available adventurous activities in Pokhara, which are Paragliding, Bungee Jump, Ultra Light Flight and so on. 

David's falls is an amazing waterfall in Pokhara Valley that is nearly 500 feet long and runs 100 feet below ground level. It is also known as Patale Chhango which means the underwater world. According to local old people, On 31st July 1961, a swiss couple Davi went swimming but the woman drowned in a pit. From that day the place is known as David's falls.

Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, one of the longest caves of Nepal is nearly 3km long. There are some walls dripping water inside the cave and about 40m in, we can see the statue of Lord Shiva. Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is near David's falls.

DAY 4

Sarangkot Sunrise, Pokhara Sightseeing. (Half Day)

At. 04:30 AM: Today, early in the morning, visit Sarangkot, experience the panoramic view of the Himalayas and the beautiful sunrise from the hilltop. 

At. 10:00 AM: After having your breakfast at the hotel you will get a certain time for optional activities in Pokhara. If you are not interested in any activities then you will go for half-day sightseeing to Seti George, Mahendra Cave, Bindhyabasini Temple, Barahi Temple and Phewa Lake. Besides that, you can enjoy a boat ride at Phewa Lake in the evening or in the early morning.

Sarangkot is a place from where a mind-blowing view of sunrise and sunset over the mountains can be seen. One of the famous World Peace Pagoda is another attraction nearby Sarangkot, lying on the top of the opposite hill. Sarangkot is the viewpoint of Pokhara valley from where one can enjoy paragliding and zip flyers.

Bindhyabasini temple is situated on the hilltop and 3000m from sea level. This religious place of Hindus living in the Pokhara region is devoted to the goddess Durga. Goddess Durga which is also known as Kali Mata is the symbol of a bloodthirsty goddess. Many people come here to worship and sacrifice animals.

Beautiful Lake Phewa is the second largest lake in Nepal. It covers an area of about 4.43 sq km with an average depth of about 8.6m, maximum water depth is 19m.  The reflection of Mount Annapurna can be seen on Phewa lake. Another attraction of this lake is Barahi Temple made in pagoda style, which is an island in the middle of Phewa lake.

DAY 5

Fly to Kathmandu, drive to Nagarkot.

At. 10:00 AM: After breakfast at your hotel drive to Pokhara airport, fly back to Kathmandu. Upon reaching, we will pick you up from the Kathmandu airport and transfer to Nagarkot.

At. 05:30 PM: In the evening you can view the sunset from your hotel, you can also go for a short walk up to Nagarkot hilltop.

DAY 6

Bhaktapur and Patan Sightseeing.

At. 05:00 AM: View sunrise and Mountains from your hotel.

At. 09:30 AM: After breakfast, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square.

At. 04:00 PM: After your sightseeing, we will drop you back at your hotel in Kathmandu.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is also known as Bhadgaon has 4 major squares: Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatreya Square and Pottery Square. Some of the major attractions are Lu Dhoka (The Golden Gate)” which is said to be the most beautiful and richly moulded specimen of its kind in the entire world, The Palace of 55 windows and Dattatraye Temple along with some other small temples.

Patan Durbar Square is 5 km southeast of Kathmandu. Major temples are Krishna Temple, Taleju Temple and Bhimsen Temple. Some places to explore there are Patan Museum, Mahaboudha, Kumbeshwor, Keshave Naryan, Vishwanath & Chyasin Dewal and Sundari Chowk. Banglamukhi is one of the famous temples of Devi ( Goddess ) in Kathmandu. The temple of Baglamukhi is situated in Patan (Lalitpur). There are various other small temples inside the Baglamukhi temple premises. People visit this temple mainly on Thursdays as it is considered the day of Bhagwati.

DAY 7

Transfer to Airport.
