For example: the Jagannath temple of Kathmandu Durbar Square showcases erotic carvings on its roof and Krishna Mandir of Patan is believed to have been the first specimen of Shikhar style temple. It serves as a vantage point for the breathtaking birds-eye view of Kathmandu valley. Boudhanath stupa which is about 36 meters (118 feet) tall is one of the largest stupas of the world. Getting to the top of Chandragiri hill on a cable car ride and enjoying a breathtaking valley view is anything you could ask for. Pokhara

DAY 1

Kathmandu Arrival.

Your Arrival Time (?) Upon arrival, complete immigration formalities and collect your baggage, which may take one and half hour time. Our representative will meet and greet you at Kathmandu airport in Nepalese style before escorting you to your hotel, and also give you a short briefing about the tour program.

Note: You can enjoy your leisure time by visiting a nearby market or casino at the hotel.

DAY 2

Kathmandu Sightseeing.

At. 09:00 AM: Have your breakfast at the hotel and get ready for today's sightseeing, during a full day guided sightseeing you will visit Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square. All of them are UNESCO listed world heritage sites. Once you complete your sightseeing, we will drop you back to your hotel.

Optional Activity: Everest Mountain Flight at 06:30 AM from Kathmandu airport to Kathmandu airport, a 50 minutes flight which takes you for the aerial view of the Mt. Everest and several other mountains. (INR 10,500 Per Person, window seat for all)

Pashupatinath temple is the largest and holiest shrines for Hindus.This temple, situated on the bank of Bagmati river was built in the 5th century There are around 492 temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) to explore. No entrance fee is charged for SAARC nationals to enter the temple. Although only Hindus are allowed to enter the temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river.

Boudhanath is one of the largest stupas in South Asia. It is the center hub of Buddhism in Nepal which is surrounded by hundreds of monasteries. Lichchavi rulers renovated the staple during the 8th century, which was made in the shape of a Mandala.

Swayambhunath is one of the most glorious, holiest and oldest Stupa in the world. It is Located on a small hillock in west Kathmandu hence commands an excellent view of the valley. The stupa was built in 460 A.D. by King Manadeva, is also known by the name "Monkey Temple".

Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the three Durbar Squares of Kathmandu Valley. The Malla king Pratap Malla erected the statue of Hanuman (the Hindu god of power) in this place and it was named Hanuman Dhoka.  Taleju Temple, Tribhuvan Museum, the house of Kumari (Living Goddess), Kasthamandap, the temple of Kal Bhairav along with few other temples are some places to explore.

DAY 3

Fly to Pokhara, Pokhara Sightseeing.

At. 09:30 AM: Once you complete your breakfast, prepare yourself to proceed to Kathmandu airport and take your flight to Pokhara. Our representative will pick you from Pokhara airport and transfer to your resort at the Sarangkot hilltop.

At. 01:30 PM: Once you check in and get some rest, you will visit Pumdikot Shiva Statue and World Peace Pagoda. While on your return stop at Lakeside to enjoy a leisurely time around the market.

DAY 4

Sarangkot Sunrise, Pokhara Sightseeing.

At. 05:30 AM: Wake up early in the morning to experience the panoramic view of the Himalayas and the beautiful sunrise from your resort at the hilltop.

At. 10:00 AM: After having your breakfast at the resort you will get a certain time to participate in available optional activities in Pokhara. If you are not interested in any activities then you will go for half day sightseeing to David’s fall, Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave, Seti George, Bindhyabasini Temple, Barahi Temple and Phewa Lake. Besides that, you can enjoy a boat ride at Phewa Lake. 

Sarangkot is a place from where a mind-blowing view of sunrise and sunset over the mountains can be seen. One of the famous Peace Pagoda is another attraction nearby Sarangkot, lying on the top of the opposite hill. Sarangkot is the viewpoint of Pokhara valley from where one can enjoy paragliding and zip flyers.

David's falls is an amazing waterfall in Pokhara Valley which is nearly 500 feet long and runs 100 feet below ground level. It is also known as Patale Chhango which means underwater world. According to local old people, On 31th july 1961 a swiss couple Davi went swimming but the woman drowned in a pit. From that day the place is known as David's falls.

Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, one of the longest caves of Nepal is nearly 3 KM long. There are some walls dripping water inside  the cave and about 40m in, we can see the statue of Lord Shiva. Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is near David's falls.

Bindhyabasini temple is situated on the hilltop and 3000m from sea level. This religious place of Hindus living in Pokhara region is devoted to goddess Durga. Goddess Durga which is also known as Kali Mata is the symbol of a bloodthirsty  goddess. Many people come here to worship and sacrifice animals.

Beautiful Lake Phewa is the second largest lake of Nepal. It covers an area of about 4.43 sq km with an average depth of about 8.6m, maximum water depth is 19m.  The reflection of Mount Annapurna can be seen on Phewa lake. Another attraction of this lake is Barahi Temple made in pagoda style, which is an island in the middle of Phewa lake.

DAY 5

Fly to Chitwan.

At. 05:30 AM: If you want to see the sunrise again, you can wake up early today.

At. 09:00 AM: After your breakfast, you will proceed to Chitwan. You will take a flight from Pokhara to Bharatpur and drive towards your resort close to Chitwan national park, which takes another 1 hour. Upon reaching your resort, check in at the resort and have your lunch.

At. 03:00 PM: Later visit for the Village tour and Sunset view from Rapti river bank. Tharu Cultural program will perform in the evening in your resort.

DAY 6

Jungle Safari Activities.

At. 07:00 AM: Today after an early breakfast, you will visit for a half day Jeep Safari (3-4 Hours) and return to the hotel for lunch.

At. 03:30 PM: After lunch, visit for Canoe Ride, Jungle Walk and Crocodile Breeding Center visit at Kasara. You can experience two kinds of Crocodile and various Birds during the 45 minutes of wooden canoe ride in the Rapti river.

Chitwan National Park, located in the western part of Kathmandu is 200 km away from the hustling and busy capital city. It has been serving the world famous jungle safari in Nepal among the visitors. It is also listed on UNESCO as one of the amazing national parks of the world.. One Horned Rhino, Royal Bengal Tiger, Gharial Crocodile, Elephant Ride and Bird Watching are the popular activities to do and watch there.

DAY 7

Fly to Kathmandu, Visit Chandragiri.

At. 09:30 AM: Have your breakfast before driving to Bharatpur airport and fly to Kathmandu. We will pick you from Kathmandu airport and transfer to your hotel. You can directly visit for sightseeing as well.

At. 12:30 PM: After completing the check in and short refreshment, proceed to Chandragiri Hill by cable car. Once you complete the visit, you will go back to the hotel, you will have free time in the evening to visit the Casino and nearby market.

Note: You have to purchase the cable car ticket which isn’t included in our package cost, which is INR 840 per person for a two way ride. You can have lunch over Chandragiri hills resort.

Chandragiri hills is at 2551 meters above sea level, so equivalent to that we get a beautiful mountain view west to east including Mt. Annapurna Range, Mount Manasalu, Ganesh Himal, and Langtang Dorje Lakpa Gaurishankar mountain range.

DAY 8

Transfer to Airport.

Breakfast Included.

You can add any sightseeing on an additional basis or enjoy your leisure time at the hotel. We will transfer you to the Kathmandu airport 3 hours before your flight time. It takes about 30 minutes of drive from your hotel.

  • What is the trip booking process?

    We (Holidays to Nepal Pvt. Ltd) follow an easy trip booking process:

    1st: Confirm your itinerary and the hotels with us and let us provide your travel date along with flight details.

    2nd: We will reserve your hotels and update you with an invoice of yours to make the advance payment.

    3rd: We require an advance payment of INR 20,000 Per Person to proceed your booking, after receiving your advance payment, we will confirm the reserved hotels and other needful arrangements of yours.

    4th: Later we will share the hotel booking vouchers, required flight tickets and the revised invoice.

    Note: The remaining payment should have been done on the 1st day of your arrival, we won't be responsible for any service disturbance due to the partial payment from your end.

    Important Note: Further, the clients or agent will be responsible for the unavailability of hotels and flights due to the late confirmation and advance booking payment.

  • What is the airport pick up process upon arrival in Kathmandu?

    We will be at the airport (opposite of the main exit gate) with your printed name. After reaching Kathmandu airport you can connect the available free wifi and text us once you collect your baggage, which will help us to be ready outside.
