DAY 1

Kathmandu Arrival.

Your Arrival Time (?) Our representative will meet and greet you at Kathmandu airport and transfer to your hotel.

At. 06:00 PM: A short briefing about your tour program by us at the hotel. If you are arriving late (after 4 PM) then we will have a briefing the next morning at 09:00 AM. If there is any payment due, then it will be collected during our briefing time.

DAY 2

Kathmandu Sightseeing. (Full Day)

At. 10:00 AM: After your breakfast, you will visit for a full day sightseeing of Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Once you complete your day sightseeing, we will drop you back to your hotel, afterwards you will have free time to explore the nearby area.

Optional Activity: Everest Mountain Flight at 06:30 AM from Kathmandu airport to Kathmandu airport, a 50 minutes flight which takes you for the aerial view of the Mt. Everest and several other mountains. (INR 10,500 Per Person)

Pashupatinath temple is the largest and holiest shrines for Hindus.This temple, situated on the bank of Bagmati river was built in the 5th century There are around 492 temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) to explore. No entrance fee is charged for SAARC nationals to enter the temple. Although only Hindus are allowed to enter the temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river.

Boudhanath is one of the largest stupas in South Asia. It is the center hub of Buddhism in Nepal which is surrounded by hundreds of monasteries. Lichchavi rulers renovated the staple during the 8th century, which was made in the shape of a Mandala.

Swayambhunath is one of the most glorious, holiest and oldest Stupa in the world. It is Located on a small hillock in west Kathmandu hence commands an excellent view of the valley. The stupa was built in 460 A.D. by King Manadeva, is also known by the name "Monkey Temple".

Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the three Durbar Squares of Kathmandu Valley. The Malla king Pratap Malla erected the statue of Hanuman (the Hindu god of power) in this place and it was named Hanuman Dhoka.  Taleju Temple, Tribhuvan Museum, the house of Kumari (Living Goddess), Kasthamandap, the temple of Kal Bhairav along with few other temples are some places to explore.

DAY 3

Drive to Pokhara.

At. 08:00 AM: After breakfast, start driving to Pokhara (Approx. 6-8 hours of driving). On the way you can visit the Manakamana temple by cable car. Also you can experience river rafting in the Trishuli river.

Optional Activity: Cost of Manakamana cable car is not included in the package (INR 550 Per person for two way ride)

Manakamana Temple, a 10 minutes cable car ride from a station called Kurintar takes you to the temple of Goddess Manakamana who is believed to have the power to fulfill wishes. Kurintar is 104 km away from Kathmandu to Pokhara.

DAY 4

Sarangkot Sunrise, Pokhara Sightseeing.

At. 04:30 AM: Early in the morning, visit Sarangkot, experience the panoramic view of the Himalayas and the beautiful sunrise from the hilltop. 

At. 10:00 AM: After having your breakfast at the hotel you will get a certain time for optional activities in Pokhara. If you are not interested in any activities then you will go for half day sightseeing to David’s fall, Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave, Bindhyabasini Temple, Barahi Temple and Phewa Lake. Besides that, you can enjoy a boat ride at Phewa Lake in the evening or in the early morning.

Sarangkot is a place from where a mind-blowing view of sunrise and sunset over the mountains can be seen. One of the famous Peace Pagoda is another attraction nearby Sarangkot, lying on the top of the opposite hill. Sarangkot is the viewpoint of Pokhara valley from where one can enjoy paragliding and zip flyers.

David's falls is an amazing waterfall in Pokhara Valley which is nearly 500 feet long and runs 100 feet below ground level. It is also known as Patale Chhango which means underwater world. According to local old people, On 31th july 1961 a swiss couple Davi went swimming but the woman drowned in a pit. From that day the place is known as David's falls.

Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, one of the longest caves of Nepal is nearly 3 Km long. There are some walls dripping water inside  the cave and about 40m in, we can see the statue of Lord Shiva. Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is near David's falls.

Bindhyabasini temple is situated on the hilltop and 3000m from sea level. This religious place of Hindus living in Pokhara region is devoted to goddess Durga. Goddess Durga which is also known as Kali Mata is the symbol of a bloodthirsty  goddess. Many people come here to worship and sacrifice animals.

Beautiful Lake Phewa is the second largest lake of Nepal. It covers an area of about 4.43 sq km with an average depth of about 8.6m, maximum water depth is 19m.  The reflection of Mount Annapurna can be seen on Phewa lake. Another attraction of this lake is Barahi Temple made in pagoda style, which is an island in the middle of Phewa lake.

DAY 5

Drive to Lumbini, Lumbini Sightseeing.

At. 08:00 AM: After breakfast, start your drive to Lumbini. Check in at your hotel in Bhairahawa and proceed to Lumbini.

At. 02:30 PM: In Lumbini, you will visit Japanese Stupa, Chinese Stupa, Ashoka Pillars, Vietnam Stupa, Buddha’s birthplace, Mayadevi Temple and many other Buddhist Stupas.

Maya Devi Temple is one of the major attractions of the Lumbini Heritage site. This exact spot is where Mayadevi gave birth to Lord Buddha.This temple protects the exact spot of Buddha’s birth, denoted by a marker stone. The Bodhi Tree is the tree where Maya Devi rested in the shade while she was traveling. It was there that she went into labor and took a ritual dip in the nearby pond, which is believed to be the place where Buddha took his first bath too.

Ashokan Pillar is another major attraction in Lumbini and believed to be built during 249 BC when Emperor Ashoka of India visited the then flourishing village of Lumbini. He built four Stupas and a pillar with a horse idol at the top and an inscription that describes his visit and the importance of Lumbini as the birthplace of Lord Buddha.

DAY 6

Drive to Chitwan National Park.

At. 08:00 AM: After your breakfast, proceed to Chitwan (Approx. 4-5 hours of driving). Upon reaching your resort, check in at the hotel and have your lunch. 

At. 03:00 PM: Later visit for the Village tour and Sunset view from Rapti river bank. Tharu Cultural program will perform in the evening in your resort. 

DAY 7

Jungle Safari Activities. (Full Day)

At. 07:00 AM: Today after early breakfast, you will visit for a half day Elephant Safari (1.5 Hours) or Jeep Safari (3-4 Hours) and return to the hotel for lunch. 

At. 03:30 PM: After lunch, visit for Canoe Ride, Jungle Walk and Elephant Breeding Center visit at Sauraha. You can experience two kinds of Crocodile and various Birds during the 45 minutes of wooden canoe ride in the Rapti river.

Chitwan National Park, located in the western part of Kathmandu is 200 km away from the hustling and busy capital city. It has been serving the world famous jungle safari in Nepal among the visitors. It is also listed on UNESCO as one of the amazing national parks of the world. One Horned Rhino, Royal Bengal Tiger, Gharial Crocodile, Elephant Ride and Bird Watching are the popular activities to do and watch there.

DAY 8

Drive to Nagarkot via Kathmandu.

DAY 9

Bhaktapur and Patan Sightseeing.

At. 05:30 AM: Early morning view of the sunrise from your hotel. 

At. 10:00 AM: After breakfast, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square. You will have some free time to do shopping around the Thamel area at the evening. 

Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is also known as Bhadgaon has 4 major squares: Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatreya Square and Pottery Square. Some of the major attractions are Lu Dhoka (The Golden Gate)” which is said to be the most beautiful and richly molded specimen of its kind in the entire world, The Palace of 55 windows and Dattatraye Temple along with some other small temples.

Patan Durbar Square is 5 KM southeast of Kathmandu. Major temples are Krishna Temple, Taleju Temple and Bhimsen Temple. Some places to explore there are Patan Museum, Mahaboudha, Kumbeshwor, Keshave Naryan, Vishwanath & Chyasin Dewal and Sundari Chowk. Banglamukhi is one of the famous temples of Devi ( Goddess ) in Kathmandu. The temple of Baglamukhi is situated in Patan (Lalitpur). There are various other small temples inside the Baglamukhi temple premises. People visit this temple mainly on Thursdays as it is considered as the day of Bhagwati.

Transfer to Airport.
